Invitation To Work Together

Consumers rarely meet a clinician who has worked at every level of behavioral healthcare — from direct therapy to hospital program development to training medical teams. This depth gives me a unique ability to understand the full picture of what you’re going through.

What Makes Me Different

People Come To Me Because They Want Someone Who

✔ has real clinical experience, not just private-practice marketing

✔ understands both emotional and real-world stress

✔ offers bilingual, culturally-sensitive care

✔ brings hospital-level crisis experience to outpatient work

✔ can also provide immigration evaluations and collaborate with attorneys

✔ creates a safe, grounding, predictable space even when life feels chaotic

My Clinical Foundation

    • Years of providing psychotherapy in hospital outpatient & inpatient units, PHP/IOP programs, outpatient clinics serving the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) & Federal Pre-trial population, and telehealth

    • Serving as Clinical Coordinator, Lead Therapist, and Practitioner

    • Supervising psychiatry residents, leading crisis interventions, and providing emergency de-escalation

    • Developing telehealth programs, writing policies, and preparing hospitals for AHCA, DCF, CMS, and Joint Commission audits

    • Being one of the few bilingual clinicians providing crisis intervention specifically in the state of NC during the COVID-19 surge

    • Conducting clinical evaluations for medical procedures such as bariatric surgery and immigration matters

This combination — deep clinical expertise + operational insight — allows me to help clients in a way that is both emotionally supportive and strategically effective.

  • Clients describe my work as:

    • Warm but direct — you’ll feel supported, but we will also get things done

    • Structured yet flexible — we move at your pace with clear goals

    • Trauma-informed & culturally sensitive

    • Practical — I give tools you can use immediately, not just insight

    • Non-judgmental — your story is safe, private, and respected

My role is to help you understand what’s happening emotionally, develop grounded coping skills, and restore a sense of control in your life.
